Raspberry bush in a light 20 cm pot.

Geographic origins: United States.
Adult dimensions: Height up to 1.50 meters, width up to 1.50 meters.
Foliage: Deciduous.
Soil type: All except limestone.
Climate: Hardy up to -30°C.
Exposure: Full light.

Properties and uses:
The 'Héritage' raspberry tree is a self-fertile and repeat-growing variety. It will fruit several times until fall. You will train your raspberry bush against a pergola or fence. After the first harvest, cut the stems at ground level. And after winter, just clean the stems that gave in autumn of their dry part. It is these last stems which will give the first harvest of fruits the following summer. The 'Héritage' variety raspberries are medium size, very firm and have very good flavor.

Plant the raspberry bush in full sun or even partial shade . Avoid periods of frost in winter or drought in summer to establish this little fruit. Remember to weed well before planting to avoid any risk of competition, particularly with ground cover weeds (or weeds) such as bindweed.

For each foot , make a hole of a good depth in which you will place a little well-decomposed compost, before placing the young raspberry plant (without burying the collar) and filling the hole with the earth extracted at the start. Form a sort of bowl and water abundantly.
